Ajánljuk mindenkinek, aki kedveli a változatosságot, a szép starthelyeket, nagy leszállókat, a termikelést és a lejtőszelezést. Fantasztikus repülésekre van lehetőség akár a 15-20 km hosszú tengerparti dűnéken, akár az ország belsejében magasodó hegyeken.

A Pokhara fölé magasodó Sharangkot  hegy akár kevésbé gyakorlott pilótáknak is kiválóan alkalmas a repülésre. Alapszél általában nincs, így kellemes 1-3 m/s-os erősségű termikek segítségével a pilótáknak lehetősége van akár 4-5 órát is a levegőben tölteni.

Természetesen napi többszöri felszállítás van a leszállóból közvetlenül a starthelyre, így akár egy ebédszünet is beiktatható a repülések közé.

A hegygerinc mentén lehetőség van hurokrepülésre, de magasabb felhőalap esetén a hátsó gerincek felé lehet távot repülni közvetlenül a 7-8000 méteres csúcsok alatt. Természetesen ezt csak távrepülési gyakorlattal rendelkező pilótáknak ajánljuk.

Generally this course takes 2-3 months (12-18 occasions) depending on weather conditions and on free time of the student. Training takes place mostly at weekends, but during summer we may practice on weekday-afternoons as well.

Training schedule:
The course starts with theoretical training and later it continues in line with the practical training. Practical training -depending on wind conditions- takes place within a radius of 30km from Budapest on one or other training-hill (Hármashatárhegy, Máriahalom, etc.).
Theoretical training includes the following categories:

• Knowledge on equipment
• Aerodynamics
• Flying technics
• Meteorology
• Navigation
• First Aid

The student is ready for taking an exam when he or she is able to decide alone whether taking off is safe that day, at that given terrain, amongst the actual meteorological conditions, with his or her equipment.
Training registration is only possible if you are at least 16 years old. No need for medical examination.
